Automatic monoblock for bottling of still liquids (wine, water, ...) and capping with "T" type pressure caps.

Details

 

The monoblock is built on a base in robust mechanical carpentry, entirely covered in AISI 304 stainless steel and with large access doors.
Equipped with CE safety protections (with plastic panels and safety micro-switches) and loading and unloading stars complete with safety devices.

The normal working cycle involves manual activities exclusively in the phases of line loading and unloading, while the passage from the filling station to the capping station takes place through a game of stars.



ROTARY FILLING MACHINE with 6 or 8 valves :

  • Device for adjusting the height of the tank in the format change

  • Removable filling valves for cleaning and maintenance

CAPPING MACHINE for T caps :

  • Capping machine for T-caps on glass bottles
  • distribution of the caps with the descending channel directly in the head
  • Supply of caps by means of vibrator with stainless steel tank ø500 mm, complete with board and controller for the intensity of vibration.
  • Descent channel caps complete with photocell for vibratory operation control and machine stop in case of missing capsules.
  • Stainless steel locking head and plastic block plugs.
  • Pneumatic bottle lifting.
  • Safety microswitch on the star.
