WORKING CYCLE
- Manually place the bag on the support fork for the doypack bag
- Set the amount of product to be dispensed using the handwheel located below the workstation
- The suction speed and the dosing speed of the product can also be adjusted according to the specific needs of the user and the product to be dosed.
- By manually moving the lever, the filling valve moves into the working position
- Start the filling cycle using a push-button
- Activate nitrogen injection preting (optional). The nitrogen injection time and nitrogen flow rate are adjustable both through a pressure regulator and a delay.
- Place the cap on the spout manually
- By manually moving the lever, position the locking head in the capping position
- Starting the capping cycle by means of a push-button
