All the machine operations (filling, capsule distribution, capsule closure) are achieved on a big sized central starwheel.
The machine is standardly supplied with chain drive and rectangular storage table, for its independent operation.
The machine is 'CE' approved.
Volumetric Dosing Machine:

Topping up head :
- Single-head dosing unit for topping up (vinegar, oil, syrups...), all parts in contact with the product made in AISI 316 stainless steel and food-graded plastic components, seals resistant to harsh products.
- Main tank for the product feeding and recoil tank for the product in excess, with automatic transfer to the main tank.
Capsule dispenser:
- magnetic orienting / feeding bowl for twist-off caps
- stainless steel chute, adjustable to fit different caps sizes, with pick-up head

The Durfo Set monoblock can be adapted to fit the customer requirements, depending on the product and the type of container, using the following accessories:
Filling machine:
with one head for grooming liquids (vinegar, pickling in brine, oil, syrups etc.) realized with all the parts in contact in stainless steel AISI 316 and non-toxic plastic materials, anti-acid seal, with feeding tank of the product to be dosed and storage tank with automatic drainage in the feeding tank.
Pneumatic volumetric Dosing machine:
(in case of product with pieces ) suitable for liquids and dense products (honey, jam, mayonnaise, sauces,fused cheeses, creams etc)
piston completely realized in stainless steel AISI304 with teflon seal, suitable for foods,
warm sterilizable, adjustable from 30 to 680 cc (optional from 40 to 1300 cc) with micrometric screw, three ways-valve with double pad, pneumatically controlled.
