The machine is designed to rinse the inside of new bottles, before the filling operation, without dripping on the outside.

The water has to be pre-filtered, on demand we may supply a filtering cartridge 0,45 µm.

Details

 

 Working cycle :

  • The operator places by hand the first 4 bottles upside down inside the plastic cups on the top of the machine.

  • Then he presses the green start button, to open the valves.

  • The water is automatically injected to remove any particle inside the bottles efficiently and quickly.

  • While the first 4 bottles are dripping after rinsing, the operator may place other 4 bottles on the remaining 4 cups.

  • The injection time is adjustable by means of a timer located in the machine control panel.

  • Each section of 4 bottle-holders has its own timer, to adjust the rinsing timing separately.

  • The water dripping out is canalized into a discharge pipe.
